Viewing Results

Once your task is live and users are interacting with your application, the platform continuously records events and surfaces them in the Statistics dashboard.

Application-level statistics

Navigate to your application and open the Statistics tab. Here you can see:

  • Task completion rates — how many users started and how many completed each task.

  • Event timelines — activity over time, broken down by event type.

  • User engagement trends — patterns in when and how users interact with tasks.

Use the date range picker and filters to narrow results by task, event type, or event origin.

Global statistics

The top-level Analytics section in the sidebar shows aggregated data across all your applications. This is useful when comparing performance between multiple apps or campaigns.

Action logs

Each task records a full log of individual events — who triggered them, when, and the result. Open a specific task and navigate to its logs to audit individual user interactions or debug unexpected behaviour.

Interpreting the data

Metric
What it means

Go events

Users who started the task

Claim events

Users who completed and received the reward

Completion rate

Claim / Go ratio

A low completion rate typically indicates friction between task start and finish — review the task description and reward to ensure they align with user expectations.
