Statistics

The Statistics dashboard provides visibility into task performance, user engagement, and traffic exchange activity across your applications.

Accessing statistics

There are two entry points:

  • Global Analytics — the Analytics item in the sidebar shows aggregated data across all your applications.

  • Per-application Statistics — open any application and navigate to the Statistics tab to see data scoped to that app.

What is tracked

Every interaction processed by the integration library generates an event. Events are the atomic unit of analytics data.

Event type
Description

Go

A user started a task

Claim

A user completed a task and the reward was issued

Events are tagged with the originating application, task, and event source, allowing detailed filtering.

Filters

Use the filter controls to slice data:

  • Application — filter by one or multiple apps (global view only).

  • Date range — restrict data to a specific time window.

  • Event type — show only Go events, only Claim events, or both.

  • Task type — filter by the plugin/type of task.

  • Event origin — filter by where the event originated.

Reading the charts

The main view shows event counts over time as a histogram. Use this to identify:

  • Traffic spikes (campaign launches, deal activations).

  • Drop-off between Go and Claim events (completion rate).

  • Engagement trends over a time period.

Action logs

For granular auditing, open a specific task or deal and navigate to its Logs section. Logs show individual events with timestamps and user identifiers — useful for debugging or compliance reporting.

Key metrics to monitor

What to watch
Why it matters

Claim / Go ratio

Indicates task completion rate; low ratio suggests friction

Event volume over time

Reflects overall engagement and campaign effectiveness

Per-deal event counts

Measures the quality and activity of a traffic exchange deal
